Swensson Farm Horsepower Event , 256 100th St. SE, Granite Falls (County Rd. 15 on the Yellowstone Trail) outdoor events, free admission, Sept. 12, 10-4. Also open on Sunday for the grounds only.

Andrew Volstead Home, Sept. 12 and 13, 10-4 View Michael Dowling’s desk and learn about Andrew Volstead and the history of cooperatives and Prohibition. Free admission for participants. 3 PM Escape room for one group only.

Discounts on drinks for registered participants at Bluenose Gopher Public House, 681 Prentice St., downtown Granite Falls. Live music with Lee Kanten (5-7 PM) and Maybe Tomorrow (7-9) outside the evening of September 12. Open Saturday 4-10 PM and Sunday 4-8 PM. Large outdoor dining area along the Minnesota River. Local art also on display and for sale.

Yellow Medicine County Museum ,5500 MN HWY 67, Granite Falls – The museum features the travelling WWI exhibit and a small Dowling exhibit. September 12 and 13 9:30-4:30

K.K. Berge Art Gallery and Makers on the Minnesota , 807 Prentice St., Granite Falls. Open September 12 and 13 , 10-4. Riverwalk murals open all weekend behind the building next to the Minnesota River and historic Roebling footbridge. Community painting project on the mural on September 12.
